I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Their breakfast in the morning was a nice treat. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, friendly and professional. Also, after I checked out and was on the plane to Turkey I realized my reading glasses were left inside my hotel room. I contacted the hotel immediately via email. They responded very quickly and shipped them to my home in the U.S.A. I was beyond grateful and they were in perfect condition.

Had forgotten a jacket in the closed. Called the Hotel who redirected my call to the Lhost service desk. I never imagined such a smooth handling, and guess what - only 8 days later my jacket has arrived in my office nicely folded and in a box. Absolutely a fantastic experience - hope not to use it again - but in case, very happy to.
