When the guest of an accommodation facility forgets an object, we notify him, we agree everything regarding the shipment (delivery address, insurance, type of shipment, etc.), and once the guest has paid for the shipment we generate all documentation and the shipping label, then we collect the package and deliver it worldwide, with the best international couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX).
