When the guest of an accommodation facility forgets an object, we notify him, we agree everything regarding the shipment (delivery address, insurance, type of shipment, etc.), and once the guest has paid for the shipment we generate all documentation and the shipping label, then we collect the package and deliver it worldwide, with the best international couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX). Hotel NH Venezia Laguna Palace. Forgot a leather coat. Called the reception and thanks Lhost in less than 24 hours we received the item of clothing. Excellent service.
Item forgotten in the hotel delivered! On vacation on Elba we forgot an important plug for our laptop/cell phone! The hotel was reported (they were already closed at the time) but everything worked out wonderfully! The LHost company took care of our plugs - picked them up and sent them to us! Thank you!
